Mustard Pork Tenderloin
Basil Couscous and French Green Beans
Ingredients
- 2 (1-lb) pork tenderloins, trimmed
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ¼ cup water
- ½ cup coarse-ground mustard
Instructions
- Rub pork with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cook pork in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes per side or until lightly browned.
- Place pork and water in a lightly greased 5- to 7-quart slow cooker; brush pork with mustard.
- Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours or until done. Cut into slices.

- 2 (5-oz) pkg basil and herb-flavored pearled couscous
- 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen French-cut green beans
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook couscous according to package directions.
- Cook green beans according to package directions; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
