Sweet and Sour BBQ Chicken
Easy Coleslaw and Maple-Bacon Baked Beans and Potato Chips
Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp coarse-ground mustard
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- 6 hamburger buns, split
Instructions
- Combine chicken, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire, honey, paprika, and red pepper in a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker.
- Cover, and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or until chicken is tender.
- Serve on buns topped with Easy Coleslaw recipe, if desired.
