Sweet and Sour BBQ Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp coarse-ground mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 6 hamburger buns, split

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire, honey, paprika, and red pepper in a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker.
  2. Cover, and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or until chicken is tender.
  3. Serve on buns topped with Easy Coleslaw recipe, if desired.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (28-oz) can maple and bacon baked beans
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
  • 1 cup coleslaw dressing
  • 1 (10-oz) bag potato chips

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook beans according to package directions.
  2. Place coleslaw in a large bowl; add dressing, and toss to combine.
  3. Serve with potato chips.
