Skillet Barbecue Chicken
Lemon-Butter Peas and Macaroni and CheeseIngredients
- 6 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder. Cook chicken, in batches, in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes per side or until browned. Return all chicken to skillet.
- Spread barbecue sauce over chicken; reduce heat to medium, and cook 3 minutes longer or until chicken is done.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (15-oz) pkg frozen green peas
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
- 2 (21-oz) cartons refrigerated macaroni and cheese
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook peas according to package directions; toss with butter and seasoning.
- Heat macaroni and cheese according to package directions.
