Bacon Lattice Meat Loaf

Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 5 Tbsp ketchup, divided
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 6 slices bacon, cut in half
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Stir together beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire, mustard, and 3 Tbsp ketchup. Press mixture into a 9- x 5-inch loaf pan.
- Stir together 2 Tbsp ketchup and honey; spread over loaf. Arrange bacon in a lattice design over loaf.
- Bake 1 hour or until no longer pink in center.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 lb small red potatoes, quartered
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen broccoli florets
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Toss potatoes with oil, cheese, and seasoning on a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until browned and tender.
- Steam broccoli according to package directions.
