Easy Reuben Dip

Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup Thousand Island dressing
- 8 oz deli sliced corned beef, chopped
- 1 (10-oz) can sauerkraut, well drained
- 1 (8-oz) block Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 (8-oz) block Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 (9-oz) box square baked whole wheat wafers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat cream cheese and dressing in a bowl with an electric mixer at medium speed until smooth.
- Stir in corned beef, sauerkraut, cheeses, and parsley; spoon into a lightly greased 8-inch baking dish.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with wafers.
