Easy Reuben Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 8 oz deli sliced corned beef, chopped
  • 1 (10-oz) can sauerkraut, well drained
  • 1 (8-oz) block Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 (8-oz) block Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 (9-oz) box square baked whole wheat wafers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat cream cheese and dressing in a bowl with an electric mixer at medium speed until smooth.
  2. Stir in corned beef, sauerkraut, cheeses, and parsley; spoon into a lightly greased 8-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with wafers.
