Meatball Pull-Apart Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 12 frozen fully cooked meatballs
- 1 (12-count) pkg Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls
- 1 (3-oz) container garlic spread
- 1 (13-or 14-oz) jar pizza sauce (or use marinara sauce)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Reheat meatballs according to package directions.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Leave dinner rolls connected, and microwave 30 seconds to soften. Place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Mash an indentation in center top of each roll, using your thumb or a small spoon.
- Smear garlic spread around edges of rolls. Spoon 1 Tbsp pizza sauce into each indentation; top each with a meatball. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve with remaining pizza sauce for dipping.
