Open-Faced Burrata-Prosciutto Sandwiches
Strawberry-Spring Mix Salad
Ingredients
- ¼ cup fig preserves
- 4 (1-oz) slices whole-grain bakery bread, toasted
- 6 oz sliced prosciutto (12 slices)
- 1 (4-oz) ball burrata cheese
- ¼ cup thinly sliced fresh basil
- 4 tsp balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Spread preserves over bread. Top with prosciutto, cheese, and basil. Drizzle with glaze. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired.

- ½ cup sliced strawberries
- ½ English cucumber, cut into thin half moons
- 4 cups spring mix
- 3 Tbsp thinly sliced fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp balsamic glaze
