Ingredients

  • ¼ cup fig preserves
  • 4 (1-oz) slices whole-grain bakery bread, toasted
  • 6 oz sliced prosciutto (12 slices)
  • 1 (4-oz) ball burrata cheese
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced fresh basil 
  • 4 tsp balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Spread preserves over bread. Top with prosciutto, cheese, and basil. Drizzle with glaze. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ½ cup sliced strawberries
  • ½ English cucumber, cut into thin half moons
  • 4 cups spring mix
  • 3 Tbsp thinly sliced fresh basil
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic glaze

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
