Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1½ cups beef broth
  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp steak sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp ground mustard

Instructions

  1. Combine beef and steak seasoning in a large bowl; shape into 6 patties. Cook patties in a large skillet over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet, and keep warm. Wipe skillet clean.
  2. Add broth to skillet; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Whisk togehther flour and remaining ingredients; add to skillet, and cook until slightly thickened.
  3. Return patties to skillet, and cook 2 minutes. Serve sauce over patties.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1½ cups long-grain white rice
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen green peas
  • 2 Tbsp butter

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Steam peas according to package directions; toss with butter, and season with salt and pepper, if desired.
