Ingredients
- ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ¼ cup plain whole-milk yogurt
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1½ tsp minced garlic
Instructions
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.
- Meanwhile, stir together yogurt, cilantro, lemon juice, and garlic. Serve sauce with chicken.
