Easy Salisbury Steak
Steamed Rice and Buttery Peas

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sirloin
- 1½ tsp salt-free steak grilling blend seasoning
- ¾ cup low-sodium beef broth
- 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tbsp steak sauce
- 1½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp ground mustard
Instructions
- Combine beef and steak seasoning in a bowl; shape into 3 patties. Cook patties in a skillet over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet, and keep warm. Wipe skillet clean.
- Add broth to skillet; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Whisk together flour and remaining ingredients; add to skillet, and cook until slightly thickened.
- Return patties to skillet, and cook 2 minutes. Serve sauce over patties.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ⅔ cup long-grain white rice
- 1⅓ cups frozen green peas
- ½ Tbsp butter
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Steam peas according to package directions; toss with butter, and sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired.
