Broiled Steak with Butternut Squash and Green Beans

Ingredients
- ½ (12-oz) pkg green beans
- 3 Tbsp olive oil, divided
- ½ tsp salt, divided
- ½ tsp pepper, divided
- ¾ lb flank steak (or use skirt steak)
- 1½ tsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 2 Tbsp gluten-free Worcestershire sauce, divided
- 1 (16-oz) pkg cubed butternut squash
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Toss green beans with 1 Tbsp oil and ¼ tsp each salt and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
- Place steak on a greased broiler pan; sprinkle both sides with seasoning. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp Worcestershire; rub in lightly with fingers.
- Toss butternut squash with 2 Tbsp oil on a greased rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
- Place steak on top oven rack and butternut squash on second rack. Broil 10 minutes. Turn steak, using tongs. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp Worcestershire, and sprinkle with ¼ tsp salt and pepper. Add green beans to butternut squash on pan.
- Broil 8 to 10 minutes longer or until steak is to desired doneness and vegetables are tender.
- Let steak stand 5 minutes before slicing thinly across the grain. Serve vegetables alongside steak.
