Hot Pizza Sandwich
Fish "Crouton" Caesar Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup pepperoni, chopped
- 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce, divided
- 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough, divided
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 8 slices provolone cheese, divided
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook beef and pepperoni in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet. Stir in 1 cup marinara sauce and seasoning.
- Meanwhile, roll dough into an 18-x 9- inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Cut dough in half to make 2 (9-inch) squares. Press one dough square into bottom of a lightly greased 9-inch baking pan.
- Arrange 4 slices cheese over dough in pan; sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheese. Spoon beef mixture over cheese. Top with remaining cheese slices and shredded cheese.
- Press remaining dough square over cheese, tucking edges in around sides of pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting into squares. Serve with remaining marinara sauce.

- 2 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- ¾ cup Caesar dressing
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fish-shaped cheese crackers
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients just before serving.
