Garlicky Shrimp Marinara with Pasta and Feta
Steamed Green Beans
Ingredients
- 12 oz whole-grain spaghetti
- 1 (24-oz) pkg frozen unpeeled, large raw shrimp, thawed
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Meanwhile, peel and devein shrimp. Cook shrimp and garlic in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 2 minutes per side or until shrimp are just pink. Remove shrimp from skillet using a slotted spoon.
- Add marinara sauce to skillet; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 8 minutes.
- Return shrimp to skillet; cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Divide pasta among 6 plates; top with shrimp mixture, and sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
