Brown Sugar-Glazed Salmon
Brown Butter Green Beans and Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 6 (6-oz) salmon fillets
- 4 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1½ Tbsp soy sauce
- 1½ tsp rice vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place fish on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet; bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven and increase oven temperature to broil.
- Meanwhile, stir together brown sugar, mustard, soy sauce, and vinegar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring until blended. Brush glaze over fish.
- Broil 5 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork and glaze is caramelized.

- 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 (32-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
Side Dish Instructions
- Steam green beans according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat until butter begins to brown and smells nutty. Add vinegar, salt, and steamed green beans; toss.
- Heat potatoes according to package directions.
