One-Dish Asian Beef and Cauliflower
Ingredients
- ¾ lb flat iron steak, sliced
- ½ (12-oz) pkg cauliflower florets
- 1½ Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp fish sauce
- ½ Tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- ½ green onion, thinly sliced
- ⅛ tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Combine steak and cauliflower in a large zip-top plastic bag.
- Whisk sesame oil, coconut aminos, garlic, fish sauce, ginger, and honey in a small bowl. Add to steak mixture; seal bag, and chill 1 to 2 hours.
- Remove steak and cauliflower from bag. Cook in hot coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat 4 to 6 minutes or until steak is cooked to desired doneness and cauliflower is tender, stirring often.
- Sprinkle with onion and, if desired, crushed red pepper.
