Ingredients
- 1 (3.5-oz) pouch boil-in-bag jasmine rice
- ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1¼ cups tikka masala simmer sauce
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook chicken in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until browned. Add simmer sauce to skillet; reduce heat, and cook 6 minutes or until chicken is done and sauce is thoroughly heated.
- Serve chicken mixture over rice; sprinkle with cilantro.
