Ingredients

  • 1 (3.5-oz) pouch boil-in-bag jasmine rice
  • ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1¼ cups tikka masala simmer sauce
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook chicken in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until browned. Add simmer sauce to skillet; reduce heat, and cook 6 minutes or until chicken is done and sauce is thoroughly heated.
  3. Serve chicken mixture over rice; sprinkle with cilantro.
