Prosciutto-Goat Cheese Flatbreads

Ingredients
- 2 naan
- ⅔ cup crumbled goat cheese
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 1½ oz thinly sliced prosciutto
- ½ Honeycrisp apple, thinly sliced
- 1½ cups arugula
- 1 Tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange flatbreads on a baking sheet. Spread goat cheese on flatbreads; sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Top with prosciutto and apple.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until flatbread is lightly browned. Top with arugula, and drizzle with honey.
