Ingredients

  • 2 naan
  • ⅔ cup crumbled goat cheese
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1½ oz thinly sliced prosciutto
  • ½ Honeycrisp apple, thinly sliced
  • 1½ cups arugula
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange flatbreads on a baking sheet. Spread goat cheese on flatbreads; sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Top with prosciutto and apple.
  2. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until flatbread is lightly browned. Top with arugula, and drizzle with honey.
