Sheet Pan Honey-Garlic Shrimp
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup raw honey
- ¼ cup coconut aminos
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp grated ginger
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 large red bell peppers, sliced
- 2 lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp (see Note)
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 limes, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Stir together honey, coconut aminos, oil, garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper.
- Toss together broccoli, bell peppers, and half of honey mixture in a bowl. Toss together shrimp and remaining half of honey mixture in a second bowl.
- Spread broccoli mixture in a single layer on a large foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes; stirring halfway through bake time.
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer on a separate baking sheet. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink.
- Sprinkle with cilantro and salt and pepper, if desired. Serve with lime wedges.
