All-American Cheeseburgers
Ranch Zucchini CrispsIngredients
- 2 Tbsp butter, divided
- ½ onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¾ lb ground beef
- 1½ Tbsp yellow mustard
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 3 slices American cheese
- 6 Bibb lettuce leaves
- 1 Roma tomato, sliced
Instructions
- Melt 1 Tbsp butter in a nonstick skillet; add onion and garlic. Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until tender and slightly caramelized. Stir in Worcestershire sauce; cook 1 minute. Remove from skillet.
- Meanwhile, mix beef, mustard, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Shape mixture into 3 patties, and smash flat.
- Cook patties in same skillet in 1 Tbsp butter over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until no longer pink, topping with cheese during last 1 minute of cooking.
- Arrange lettuce in 3 stacks; top with burgers, onion, and tomato.

- 1½ zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- ½ Tbsp Ranch seasoning mix
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together zucchini and oil on a rimmed baking sheet. Combine cheese, egg, seasoning, and pepper in a small bowl; set aside.
- Dip zucchini in egg mixture, coating both sides. Place in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until crisp.
