Cheesy Bacon-Ranch Pork Chops
Spinach and Walnut SaladIngredients
- 3 slices bacon, chopped
- 3 oz cream cheese
- ¾ cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- ½ Tbsp Ranch seasoning mix
- ¾ lb boneless center cut pork loin chops
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp. Combine bacon, cream cheese, ¼ cup Cheddar, and seasoning mix; set aside.
- Meanwhile, sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Cook pork in hot oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until done.
- Spread bacon mixture on pork; sprinkle with ½ cup Cheddar. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
