Tomato-Basil Tuna Salad
Cucumber RoundsIngredients
- ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 4 (5-oz) cans wild-caught tuna packed in oil, drained and flaked
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Whisk together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Add tuna, tomatoes, onion, and basil. Toss. Chill until ready to serve.
