Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 4 (5-oz) cans wild-caught tuna packed in oil, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Whisk together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Add tuna, tomatoes, onion, and basil. Toss. Chill until ready to serve.

  • 1 English cucumber

  1. Slice cucumber into rounds; serve alongside tuna salad.
