Greek Pork Chops with Tzatziki

Ingredients

  • ½ lb boneless pork chops
  • ½ tsp salt-free Greek seasoning
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ⅓ cup refrigerated tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle pork with Greek seasoning and salt. Cook pork in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side or until done. Serve pork with tzatziki.

  • 1 (3.5-oz) pouch boil-in-bag brown rice
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp salt, divided
  • ¼ tsp pepper, divided
  • ½ (12-oz) pkg frozen green beans
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  1. Cook rice according to package directions. Stir in lemon juice and ⅛ tsp each salt and pepper.
  2. Cook beans according to package directions. Stir in seasoning and ⅛ tsp each salt and pepper.
