Ranch Chicken Club Tacos

Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 12 soft taco-size flour tortillas
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Ranch dressing mix
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 3 cups shredded romaine lettuce (½ head)
- 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp. Remove from skillet with a slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.
- Heat or toast tortillas according to package directions.
- Stir together mayonnaise and Ranch mix, adding water as needed to reach pourable consistency.
- Divide chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese among tortillas. Drizzle with Ranch sauce.
