Crispy Wonton Mini Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 18 wonton wrappers
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup pepperoni
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place wonton wrappers side by side in a single layer on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Brush with oil, and sprinkle with seasoning.
  2. Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven. Spread pizza sauce on baked wontons; sprinkle with cheeses and pepperoni.
  3. Bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and wontons are crisp. Sprinkle with basil just before serving.
