Ingredients

  • 1 (28-oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (10-oz) can diced tomatoes and green chiles
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
  • 3 jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Process tomatoes, tomatoes and green chiles, cilantro, jalapeños, and garlic in a food processor or blender until chunky. Add onion, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; pulse until blended.
  2. Store salsa, covered, in refrigerator up to 1 week.
