Ingredients

  • 2 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 4 slices bacon
  • ¼ cup guacamole
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Sprinkle chicken with chili powder and cayenne pepper.
  2. Wrap each piece of chicken with a slice of bacon.
  3. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; brown chicken, in batches, 3 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to a foil-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake 10 minutes or until chicken is done and bacon is crisp.
  5. Meanwhile, stir together guacamole and parsley; serve sauce with chicken.

  2. Place in a single layer on a large baking sheet; bake 15 to 20 minutes or until just tender; sprinkle with salt.
