Ingredients
- 2 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 slices bacon
- ¼ cup guacamole
- 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Sprinkle chicken with chili powder and cayenne pepper.
- Wrap each piece of chicken with a slice of bacon.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; brown chicken, in batches, 3 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Bake 10 minutes or until chicken is done and bacon is crisp.
