Roasted Tomato-Burrata Pasta

Ingredients
- 1½ pints multicolored cherry tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp freshly ground pepper
- ½ (16-oz) pkg tagliatelle pasta (or use fettuccine)
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, torn and divided
- 1 (4-oz) ball burrata cheese, torn
- 1 Tbsp balsamic glaze (or use balsamic vinegar)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together tomatoes, oil, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper in an 8-inch baking dish. Roast 25 to 30 minutes or until tomatoes burst.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, reserving ¼ cup pasta water.
- Toss hot pasta, 2 Tbsp basil, and reserved pasta water with tomato mixture in baking dish.
- Top with cheese and remaining basil. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
