Teriyaki Burgers with Pineapple
Sweet Potato Waffle Fries
Ingredients
- ¾ lb ground beef
- 1½ Tbsp soy sauce
- ½ Tbsp honey
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 2 hamburger buns
- 2 (1-inch-thick) slices pineapple
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
- Preheat grill to 400°F. Combine beef, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic powder. Shape into 2 patties. Grill patties 5 to 6 minutes per side or until centers are no longer pink.
- Grill buns, cut sides down, 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly browned. Grill pineapple, 3 minutes per side or until browned. Serve burgers on buns with mayonnaise and pineapple.

- ½ (20-oz) pkg frozen sweet potato waffle fries
- ¼ cup ketchup
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake fries according to package directions. Serve with ketchup.
