Honey-Lemon Chicken

Buttery Linguine and Steamed Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken in half crosswise and pound to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.
  2. Meanwhile, stir together honey, mustard, and lemon juice; brush over chicken before serving.

  • 2 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated linguine
  • 3 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Toss with butter and cheese.
  2. Steam green beans according to package directions.
