Honey-Lemon Chicken
Buttery Linguine and Steamed Green BeansIngredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Cut chicken in half crosswise and pound to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.
- Meanwhile, stir together honey, mustard, and lemon juice; brush over chicken before serving.

- 2 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated linguine
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
- 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Toss with butter and cheese.
- Steam green beans according to package directions.
