Breadsticks and Caesar Salad

Ingredients
- 2 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated fettuccine (or use 1 [16-oz] pkg fettuccine)
- ¼ cup butter
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 cups freshly shredded Parmesan cheese (or use freshly grated)
- ½ cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a large saucepan or skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, and cook until fragrant, stirring often. Stir in cream; cook, whisking, until slightly thickened and bubbly.
- Remove from heat; whisk in half of cheese until melted. Add pasta, and toss.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired. Serve hot.

- 1 (10.5-oz) pkg frozen breadsticks
- 1 (17.8-oz) pkg family-size Caesar salad

- Bake breadsticks according to package directions.
