Honey Mustard Ham Subs
Pretzel Thins with Jalapeño Hummus and Fruit
Ingredients
- 6 sub rolls, split
- ¼ cup honey mustard
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 lb thin-sliced deli honey ham
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread cut sides of rolls with honey mustard and mayonnaise. Layer ham and cheese on rolls.
- Wrap sandwiches in foil. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (7.2-oz) pkg pretzel crisps
- 1 (10-oz) container honey jalapeño hummus
- 1 (16-oz) pkg strawberries
Side Dish Instructions
- Serve pretzels with hummus for dipping. Serve berries on the side.
