French Fried Onion Barbecue Chicken

Ingredients

  • ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ⅓ cup barbecue sauce
  • ¼ cup French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut chicken in half lengthwise, and pound to an even thickness using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet. Place chicken in a greased 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Pour barbecue sauce over chicken. Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with onions; bake 5 minutes longer or until chicken is done.
