French Fried Onion Barbecue Chicken
Mashed Potatoes and Green BeansIngredients
- ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ⅓ cup barbecue sauce
- ¼ cup French fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut chicken in half lengthwise, and pound to an even thickness using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet. Place chicken in a greased 9-inch baking dish.
- Pour barbecue sauce over chicken. Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with onions; bake 5 minutes longer or until chicken is done.

- 1 cup frozen green beans
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
