Ingredients
- 1 (2.52-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 (10-inch) prebaked pizza crusts
- ⅔ cup barbecue sauce
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (6-oz) pkg Canadian bacon, chopped
- ½ (20-oz) can pineapple tidbits, well drained
Instructions
- Reheat bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill pizza crusts 3 minutes. Spread barbecue sauce on crusts. Top each pizza with 1 cup cheese, bacon, Canadian bacon, and pineapple. Sprinkle pizzas with remaining cheese.
- Grill 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive-oil mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1½ (10-oz) pkg shredded carrots
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup walnuts
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and honey in a large bowl. Add carrots, raisins, and nuts; toss.
