Friday Night Pizza Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 (24-oz) jar pasta sauce
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 (6-count) pkg sub rolls
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ (5-oz) pkg miniature pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
  2. Stir in pasta sauce, seasoning, and garlic powder; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat broiler. Split rolls lengthwise, cutting to but not through bottom. Place on a baking sheet, and broil until toasted.
  4. Fill toasted rolls with beef mixture; sprinkle with cheese and pepperoni. Broil just until cheese is melted.

  • 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen French fries

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake fries according to package directions.
