Crunchy Salmon with Spicy Mayo

Ingredients
- 2¼ lb salmon fillets
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp to ¼ cup Sriracha hot sauce
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Place fish on a rimmed baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt.
- Toss together breadcrumbs, oil, garlic powder, and onion powder. Press mixture onto fish fillets. Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
- Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise and Sriracha, thinning with water, if needed to reach a pourable consistency. Drizzle over fish; sprinkle with green onions.
