Ingredients

  • 2¼ lb salmon fillets
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp to ¼ cup Sriracha hot sauce
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place fish on a rimmed baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt.
  2. Toss together breadcrumbs, oil, garlic powder, and onion powder. Press mixture onto fish fillets. Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
  3. Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise and Sriracha, thinning with water, if needed to reach a pourable consistency. Drizzle over fish; sprinkle with green onions.
