Mango Lemonade
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp lemon zest
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup simple syrup
- 2 cups mango nectar
- 2 cups alcohol-free Chardonnay (or use white wine)
- Lemon-lime soda
- Garnish: lemon slices
Instructions
- Combine lemon zest, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a large pitcher. Pour mango nectar and wine into pitcher; stir. Chill mixture 4 hours.
- Fill 6 glasses one-third full with ice; divide mango mixture among glasses. Top with soda; garnish, if desired.
