Mango Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp lemon zest
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup simple syrup
  • 2 cups mango nectar
  • 2 cups alcohol-free Chardonnay (or use white wine)
  • Lemon-lime soda
  • Garnish: lemon slices

Instructions

  1. Combine lemon zest, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a large pitcher. Pour mango nectar and wine into pitcher; stir. Chill mixture 4 hours.
  2. Fill 6 glasses one-third full with ice; divide mango mixture among glasses. Top with soda; garnish, if desired.
