Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 6 hamburger buns
- 6 (1-inch-thick) slices pineapple
- 6 Tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
- Preheat grill to 400°F. Combine beef, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic powder. Shape into 6 patties. Grill patties 5 to 6 minutes per side or until centers are no longer pink.
- Grill buns, cut sides down, 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly browned. Grill pineapple, 3 minutes per side or until browned. Serve burgers on buns with mayonnaise and pineapple.

- ¾ cup ketchup
