Chili-Lime Pineapple Soda

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp plus 1 tsp Tajin seasoning, divided
  • 3 Tbsp simple syrup
  • 3 limes
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple juice (or use canned 100% juice)
  • 3 cups club soda
  • Garnish: lime wedges (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place 3 Tbsp Tajin seasoning in a shallow bowl. Pour syrup in a second shallow bowl. Dip rims of 4 glasses in syrup; dip in seasoning to coat rims.
  2. Grate zest and squeeze juice from limes. Stir together pineapple juice, lime zest and juice, and 1 tsp seasoning in a pitcher.
  3. Fill 4 glasses with ice; add ¼ cup juice mixture and ¾ cup club soda to each glass. Garnish, if desired.
