Tarragon Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 hard-cooked eggs
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh tarragon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Chopped fresh chives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks to a bowl. Mash yolks until smooth. Stir in mayonnaise, relish, mustard, tarragon, and salt.
  2. Spoon egg yolk mixture into egg whites. Garnish, if desired. Serve immediately, or chill up to 1 day.
