Tomato and Walnut Pesto Penne

Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg miniature penne pasta (or use regular penne)
- 1 lemon
- ⅔ cup creamy pesto
- 2 pints multicolored cherry tomatoes
- 1 (5-oz) pkg baby arugula
- 1 (0.5-oz) pkg fresh basil, chopped
- ½ cup chopped walnuts (preferably toasted)
- 1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Grate zest and squeeze juice from lemon. Combine pesto, zest, and juice in a large bowl. Add pasta, pesto mixture, tomatoes, arugula, basil, and nuts; toss. Sprinkle with cheese.
