Sausage Alfredo Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg ground Italian sausage
  • 1 (1-lb) rolled out deli pizza dough
  • ¾ cup alfredo sauce
  • 1 (8-oz) ball fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain well.
  2. Place dough on a large lightly greased pizza pan, pressing to edges of pan. Spread alfredo sauce over dough. Top with cheese slices and crumbled sausage.
  3. Brush edges of crust with melted butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • ⅓ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together broccoli and oil on a large rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, cheese, and seasoning; toss, and spread in a single layer.
  2. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until broccoli is browned and tender.
