Steak Salad with Corn and Bacon
Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon, chopped
- ½ lb top sirloin steak, trimmed
- ½ Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- ¾ cup frozen corn kernels, thawed
- ½ (5-ounce) pkg seasoned croutons
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ¼ (12-oz) bottle refrigerated ranch dressing
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels, reserving 1 Tbsp drippings in skillet.
- Sprinkle steak with seasoning and cook in hot drippings over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
- Let stand 10 minutes; cut steak into 1-inch pieces.
- Toss together steak, lettuce, bacon, corn, croutons, and cheese in a bowl. Serve with dressing.
