Slow Cooker Chicken Reuben Casserole
Roasted Green Beans with GarlicIngredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (12-oz) jar sauerkraut, drained
- 5 slices Swiss cheese
- ⅔ cup Thousand Island dressing
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Place chicken in 5- or 6-quart slow cooker coated with cooking spray. Spoon sauerkraut over chicken. Add cheese slices; pour dressing over cheese.
- Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours or until chicken is tender. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.

- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine all ingredients on a rimmed baking sheet, and toss.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes until green beans are browned and tender, stirring after 6 minutes.
