Easy Chicken Caesar Bake
Lemon BroccoliniIngredients
- 6 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup creamy Caesar dressing
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 avocados, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Place chicken in a 13-x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
- Combine dressing and ¼ cup cheese; spoon over chicken.
- Bake, uncovered, 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is done. Top with avocados; sprinkle with ¼ cup cheese.

- 1¼ lb Broccolini (about 3 bunches)
- 1 lemon
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- ¼ tsp salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Steam Broccolini in a steamer basket over simmering water until crisp-tender.
- Meanwhile, grate 1 tsp zest from lemon; squeeze juice from lemon. Combine zest, juice, oil, and butter. Toss with hot cooked Broccolini. Sprinkle with salt.
