Sprinkles Pancakes
Sausage Links and Fresh Strawberries
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- ½ cup multicolor sprinkles
- 1 (8-oz) bottle pancake syrup
Instructions
- Preheat griddle or a large nonstick skillet over medium heat; spray with cooking spray.
- Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter, stirring to blend. Stir in sprinkles.
- Drop batter by ¼ cupfuls onto griddle, and cook 1 to 2 minutes or until tops are covered with bubbles. Turn and cook other side 1 minute or until golden brown.
- Divide pancakes among each plate; serve with syrup.

- 1 (12-count) pkg fully-cooked pork sausage links
- 1 (16-oz) container strawberries
Side Dish Instructions
- Heat sausage according to package directions.
- Cut strawberries in half to serve.
