Cheesy Ham, Broccoli, and Potato Casserole

Garlic Crescent Rolls and Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (10.5-oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg diced cooked ham
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen broccoli cuts, thawed
  • 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen diced hash browns, thawed
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 cups coarsely crushed potato chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir together all ingredients except potato chips; season lightly with salt and pepper, if desired. Spoon into a lightly greased 13-x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips.
  2. Bake 30 to 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

  • 1 (8-oz) can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 (2-lb) container deli fruit salad

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Unroll dough, and sprinkle with pepper and garlic powder. Roll up and bake according to package directions.
  2. Serve fruit on each plate.
