Cheesy Ravioli Lasagna

Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 2 (24-oz) jars marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried basil
- 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet. Add marinara sauce, stirring to blend.
- Meanwhile, stir together ricotta, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, and basil in a bowl.
- Spread ⅓ of meat mixture in bottom of a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Top with a single layer of ravioli, ⅓ of meat mixture, half of ricotta mixture, and 1 cup shredded cheese.
- Repeat layers with remaining ravioli, meat mixture, ricotta mixture, and shredded cheese.
- Lightly cover with foil (see Note), and bake 30 minutes. Uncover, and bake 20 minutes longer or until hot and bubbly.

- 1 (8-oz) French baguette, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tsp Greek seasoning
- 2 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- ⅓ cup vinaigrette-style Caesar dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Toss together bread cubes, oil, melted butter, and seasoning on a large rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
- Bake 20 minutes or until toasted, stirring halfway through baking. Cool.
- Meanwhile, toss together lettuce and dressing. Top with croutons.
