Ingredients
- 6 (5- or 6-oz) center cut pork chops
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp butter, divided
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- ½ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Dredge pork in flour, shaking off excess.
- Melt 1 Tbsp butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook pork 4 to 5 minutes per side or until browned and done. Remove pork from skillet; keep warm.
- Melt 1 Tbsp butter in same skillet over medium heat; Add garlic; cook 1 minute. Add cream; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Spoon sauce over pork.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg green beans
- ½ cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook green beans according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, toast nuts in a small dry skillet over medium-low heat 2 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned and fragrant.
- Whisk together oil, vinegar, salt, and garlic powder in a large bowl. Add green beans; toss. Sprinkle with nuts and, if desired, cheese.
