Horseradish Beef Sandwiches

- 6 hamburger buns
- 1 (15-oz) pkg slow-simmered beef roast with au jus
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place bottom buns in a 13- x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cook beef according to package directions.
- Stir together sour cream and horseradish; spread mixture on buns in dish. Top with juicy beef and cheese; add bun tops. Brush tops with butter. Bake 15 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted. Serve remaining au jus with sandwiches.
