Peach Grilled Cheese Croissants
Sautéed VegetablesIngredients
- 1 cup peach preserves
- 6 croissants, halved lengthwise
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 (8-oz) block white Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Spread preserves on croissant bottoms; sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Top with cheese; add croissant tops.
- Cook sandwiches, in batches, in 1 Tbsp hot oil per batch in a large skillet over medium heat 5 minutes per side or until cheese is melted and bread is crisp, pressing each sandwich with a spatula as it cooks.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, corn, and peas)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook vegetables in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until lightly browned and tender. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
